click the news in the ticker to open them

Hi, we are testing the News Ticker and are surprised (but probably are we doing something wrong) that it is not possible for the user to click a news displayed by the News Ticker to open it (e.g. redirect on twitter to the entire tweet incl. linked picture etc.)
