How did you find it? Make sure that no other programs are running. DO NOT stop pressing the 1 and 2 buttons until the pairing process is complete. Wait for the lights to stop flashing.
The software that comes with it is a piece of crap, but I found that is very useful for playing from a capture device. Or if there was a wireless sensor bar that someone has successfully used to control the PC mouse with the Wiimote. We also have a special list for Wii U-specific! Whether or not the following steps work will depend on the build and chipset of the device you are using. Latest build of Windows 10, crashes on startup with controller connected. Turn on the Bluetooth chip on your computer.

Additional emulators may be installed from within RetroPie. For power users it also provides a large variety of autobus tools to customise the system as you want. Before proceeding, please be aware that some USB Bluetooth adaptors will be social for this task.
