Conversion test failed: The Microsoft Graph conversion API did not send a URL to the converted document

Hi Neil, i've also noticed a problem today, with message "Conversion test failed: The Microsoft Graph conversion API did not send a URL to the converted document" when i run the test function, but i'm now also seeing heaps of this message in the mdl_file_conversion table with -1 fail indicator. on mdl 4.1. Any ideas? Could possibly be something changed in graph?

It looks as though Tony Butler has created a change that should fix this in Failed conversions due to no 'Location' header, the patch he made has been merged into the main code base.
