Testing our notifications

Issue #20 resolved
Neill Magill created an issue

We had a webhook setup that should have notified us when a new issue was raised in this repository, however that seems to have stopped working.

It appears that the URL for webhooks to our Teams instance has changed.

This issue is a test to see if the new hook posts messages to us.
