Fileconverters don't handle uppercase filetypes

Tried to get it fixed in core but have to do it in all of the fileconverter plugins instead - https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-69616

    A fix for this has been pushed through into the repository (I’ll probably put it into the plugins directory after I test the plugin against Moodle 3.10)
