Toggle button does not appear on single activity course

In case of a single activity course (whatever type of activity), toggle button for fullscreen does not appear, and shortcut crtl+alt+b does not work too.

This has been spotted with moodle 2.9 and 3.0+ I have test on several browser (Firefox 43 and Chrome 48)

Thanks for the report. We will take a look at it as soon as we can.

It looks as though we do not allow the fullscreen button to display on pages with a layout type of base at the moment, the single course activity seems to use this page layout.

This is fixed in the latest version on in the repository.
