Suppress fullscreen button on Quiz Summary and Quiz Review pages

Hello again,

My product manager notified me that the suppression of the fullscreen toggle is only partially implemented for user interactions with the quiz module. To be specific, the toggle button should not appear on the quiz review and quiz summary pages.

Please see attached screenshots.

I’ll put forth a PR that addresses these issues momentarily.
