Uses strings from repository_xpert_flickr_public without the dependency declared

It seems that while copy&pasting code, some get_string() calls were not updated and they still use the strings from the other repository_xpert_flickr_public plugin. If that one is not installed, strings are not correctly displayed.

Just grep for 'flickr' in the code.
