Make editing a course date and course hours a lot less type intensive

When you insert the first course date, all of for example 10 course dates should be filled in automatically, based on the fact that there are 10 consecutive courses every week and they all have the same course hour.

This is a 'nice to have' feature because now it's trivial anyway to enter a entering a new course simply by cloning an existing one, which has 10 dates in it already.
