Enable a 'last reminder' e-mail template

When the start of a course nears, it should be possible to send out a last reminder to anybody that is subscribed. The contents of the e-mail should be editable.

    The whole sending e-mail system should be revised. The context should not be saved in the database, only the template or the path to the template. Maybe also add HTML e-mail sending into the mix and use asynchronous sending because in the case of a reminder e-mail, some mass mailing can occur. Use Mandrill as the backend to get more control and reporting. Related to issue #38 and issue #36
