Bug: KIS Wedge - Inventory rows 3 and 4 lost when reverting to VBA/SPH

There are 4 slots available for each height size of KIS Wedge, so the smallest size (Double) feature 2 rows of 4 columns, for 8 inventory slots. An additional row of slots is added for Triple and one more for Quad height wedges.

When using a size 3 or 4 KIS Wedge the extra rows disappear when reverting to the VAB.
