Bug: Out of date VERSION field in KSP-AVC file

Former user created an issue

The UniversalStorage2.version file in the download for version 1.6.0.9 says:

"VERSION":{"MAJOR":1,"MINOR":5,"PATCH":1,"BUILD":9},

That's wrong; it should be:

"VERSION":{"MAJOR":1,"MINOR":6,"PATCH":0,"BUILD":9},
