Part right click UI does not remove old resource when switching payload in cores.

When switching the payload with the Octo and other cores, the old resource is not removed from the right click part UI. The new resources are added so you end up showing multiple resources.
Closing and reopening the right click part UI fixes the issue.

    Issue still occurring in KSP 1.9
    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open a part with multiple resource variants in the VAB
    2. Cycle though the part variants
    3. The resources don’t swap out but keep adding.
