Can't mount probe-core wedges with KIS

The ModuleKISPartMount on all the service cores are missing allowedPartName lines for USSingleProbeCore and USDoubleProbeCore, so those wedges can't be attached to service cores by non-engineer kerbals. (An engineer with a screwdriver can do it, but the other wedges can be attached by any kerbal with no tools needed.)

In addition, USSingleProbeCore and USDoubleProbeCore themselves are missing ModuleKISItem like other wedges have. That module configures how kerbals carry the part, and seems to be needed for non-engineers to detach the part from a service core.)
