Science experiments cannot be 'Restored' by Scientist if the experiments have been collected by storage part

This bug happens with the resettable experiments like the Materials Bay and Goo wedges; if you run an experiment and then right click on an stock Experiment Storage Unit and transfer (collect all) the experiments to it, you can no longer go EVA with a scientist and restore the experiment wedge. I don't think it realises that the experiment is no longer being actively stored in that wedge.

Reproduction steps, create a vessel with Goo/Materials wedge and a Experiment Storage Unit. Run the science experiment and then right-click, transfer the experiment to the Storage Unit part. EVA a Scientist to restore the experiment. When you right-click on the experiment wedge you'll see there is no option to 'Restore'.
