Bug: Keeping science in Goo/Materials Bay results in module being inoperable

Issue #54 new
Ryan Morrison created an issue

Whenever I run science experiments (particularly the Materials Bay and Goo Wedges, but could include others) using the USII parts, I’m unable to transfer science either from Ship Manifest, a storage container or even EVAing a Kerbal to take the data. When opening the right click context menu, no option to ‘Take Data’ even appears. Attempting to run the experiment after Keeping the data, either from ship control or from EVA, results in an error message saying “Unable to Run Experiement, Science Module is full” or something similar.

It makes using experiments that require recovery for full science return through USII utterly impossible as far as I can figure out.

Even after “Keeping experiments”, using Ship Manifest and selecting the relevant part, it shows the science container as being empty, yet the error message persists as if it was not.
