Is this tracker active?

We are in the process of updating OBO metadata https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/pull/1741 and we note we forgot to include this tracker, so it looks like you have gotten no traffic as a consequence

If we register this tracker, is there someone who is monitoring it and can answer FMA related requests, or handle new term requests?
