[Build 2][Rendering] Blocks from Extra trees are missing in NEI

I do not know if this is an issue with NEI or what, but none of the blocks from Extra trees (machines such as the woodworker, leaves from special trees like the Mahoe and the wood block of those trees) shows up on NEI. I haven't tried to craft any ot the machines yet, as I fear that it may crash my game.
