TwobitToFa fails with error code 255

Hi all, thanks for making these tools. Unfortunately TwobitToFa fails with an error code of 255 when being used within the chopchop.py command. The same TwobitToFa script runs fine from my command line when I convert the hg38.2bit to hg38. I traced this problem to the prog variable on line 1156.

I don't have much information to work with here, but I have updated the twoBitToFa file (from UCSC) that is responsible for this. I think this might solve the problem or give much more meaningful error messages.
