Export photos to directory in format 'yyyy/yyyy-MM'

Exporting directories in the form '2013/01/...' doesn't work too well when uploading to Google+ with Picasa since you'll always have multiple 'month' based directories.

Using '2013/2013-01/... would make it much easier, and allowing syncing directories so that albums were named like '2013-01'

Perhaps there should be a configuration setting to choose between the 2.
