Refresh filter after update an issue on the popup

Former user created an issue

For, example, after assigning an issue I see the issue that doesn't assign to me (filter: "Assigned to me")

Click on the "Assigned to me" button on the header doesn't refresh issue list

Opening popup doesn't refresh issue list on the popup

    this is by design; I don't wanna update entire list if just one ticket updated; in many cases this request is useless (if ticket remains in this list)

    in case ticket doesn't match filter it will be remove with next filter update; we cache data for i guess 15 minutes so if you open popup after 15 minutes it should force update;

    and after all you can force refresh manually by clicking refresh button on filter
