Language Setting

Hi Maxim,

When install the emulator from the play store, it comes in English by default. But when I update with my portal settings, it changes to Russian even though my portal is in English and I changed portal language from ru to en in the portal menu. I also changed app language to English in the common settings menu.

I am using the emulator in an Android 422 Kitkat TV box from China.
