after 0.5.19 cant start vlc plugin on s4 kitkat

after 0.5.19 cant start vlc plugin. When change work with vlc plugin program say is need restart. After restart cant work cant aplay change. Install 0.5.18 and work. Sorry for my english

Fixed in 0.5.20 (I hope). After updating select VLC in menu again.
