program not running black screen and authentication problem

I have just set up the emulator to a nexus 10 tablet with android 5 and in the first run it shows the "authentication problem" message and the screen have become blank for 2-3 sec whenever I am clicking anywhere on the touchscreen display So I cannot use it at all cannot customize any settings.
