keyboard not working for logins

hello, Everythng loads perfect but i face issues for loging in username and password. When my private portal loads it asks for username and password, I press OK, keyboard appears but I am not able to enter words into username or password areas. I press words on keyboard but it does not write those words. I also face same problem in my RK3188 android tv box. thanks.

sidhu saab it works you need to play with it

i would prefer to you to install teamviewer and remote access from computer

then using remote press ok in login spot then keyboard will pop up just type your username + one letter extra then press backspace once (u must press backspace in order to see username) it will show user name then repeat same thing on password ask you ip tv provider for short yourname and password
