Load portal but no channel list

Greetings. I am using a portal from a Chinese company that works OK in MAG 250 but not in emulator. When it loads the portal, everything seems OK but you have no channels in channel list. What could it be and what do you need in information terms that allows you to correct it? Best regards, Paulo

Sorry, i forgot to mention that in the channel list, although I have no channels listed I have the number os channels available and the pages number. Yes, the anonymou was me! :)

i have this problems as well with the most recent version of stb emulator on android 5.1 and 5.1.1 clearing cache and rebooting allows it to work but only until you exit the program. or restart. then you have to clear cache and restart again.
