newest version 6.06 doesn't show menu on fire tv

The previous version showed the menu when you hit menu on the remote. This latest version does not show menu when menu is pressed. This is for fire tv. The new vlc plug in works nicely. Please fix the menu issue. The number entry for locked channels is also still broken. Thank you.
