Stream buffer with the internal vlc player

Hi,

I tried to activate the ability to buffer the stream before playing. I did this from the Network Caching Value from the Settings page. I couldn't make it work. There it says that this option doesn't work with hardware decoder. I tried to disable hardware decoder but I am not sure whether I did it properly. There are at least 3 options for playing around with hardware decoding and hardware rendering.

Have you tried whether this option works?
