VLC plugin download???from where to download???

Former user created an issue

I am using STB EMulator but I was never prompted to install VLC plugin. The quality is not so good with VLC option enabled. Is there any extra VLC plugin that I need to download and if yes from where can I do that?apart from that everything else works fine!
