Not able to enter User name and Password

The emulator is working great with NFPS. I am trying to use the following service.

Portal: http:\voodoo.dynsite.tm:88 or http:\bizsatco.com

Setup guide: http://ipannu.com/mag-tv-server-setting-help/

User name: ipannu.com Password: test (all lower case).

I am able to create profile properly. When I run the profile, User name and Password box comes up. I am not able to type anything in these fields. Can you please check and resolve the issue.

Yeh even with external wireless keyboard there is no way to enter the username and password. Only logically way to do is have stb submit it for us and we povide user and password in the profile.
