Just bought NFPS service yesterday. Box M8S Quad core. Installed version 6.11. The 6.13 has a bug and not allow to operate right click menu as it is keep disappearing.
Problem with 6.11
Able to create NFPS profile properly. Connected properly and able to select the channel. After selecting a channel, it takes about 45 seconds for the program to appear on the screen. Once it appears, it runs fine. When it is time to change the channel, it hangs up for 2 -3 minutes before new channel appears and sometime it even does not appear and require restart. Main problem is with initial loading of the channel and changing of channel.
I am connected through ethernet with 300 MBPS speed (speedtest.net tested). Am I doing anything wrong with the set up?
