Existing user of IPTV Stalker

Hi, I have an IPTV stalker paid subscription, I use this with a stalker PVR client in Kodi. I would like to use your application on an android box but I am receiving the following error on the application, 'your STB is blocked, call the provider'.

I am using the same portal URL, MAC address, serial number and device ID1 that currently work with the stalker PVR client in Kodi.

Could it be that in the stalker PVR client it has a user name and password field? (I use my donation number for these) and also has ID1 and ID2 fields and a signature field? I am entering my ID1 in the device ID section of the app and ticking the send Device ID to service provider.

I have tried various settings but just cannot get the error message to go.
