Where is STB emulator

Hello, stb emulator pro was the first app i bought on play store. It been 2 weeks now and it's no more on play store. I bought a new android box today and i wanted to install stb emulator and i found on play store that i need to pay 6€ and you changed a name. So what now we need to pay again for an app we already paid?
