login error after disconnecting from power on fire tv stick

I have stb emulator running perfect on fire tv stick but once I disconnect the device from the power or turn off the TV when turn it on again the emulator present error logging error to the server "logging error contact your provider" something like that.

this is little weird, look like the fire tv or the Emulator is reporting a different Mac address after reconnecting to the power and that is why the server is rejecting the connection.
