Hi,

On one of my boxes different type it works just fine, But on this one it just gives me that its not activated.

Now i redirected the portal to my pc and put a proxy inbetween to monitor the packets. All packets are fine server accepts the mac sends back a token and everything is ok.

But for some reason it just displays that i need to call and that its not activated.

Any clue why this should be ?

Hi. Check if both boxes have the same MAC address, serial number, device id, device id 2 and signature. If you want them to use different MAC addresses (with 2 accounts) check ALL of values listed above are different. Also if the boxes have different MACs and one of them doesn't work, change all these values and try to reset your account if it's possible.

Seems not to work, tried with same info as other box, first had its own mac but just in case.

Checking the packet logs more closely i notice on this box its sending mac=; stb_lang=undefined; timezone=undefined

While the box that works gives this Cookie: mac=00%3A00%3A00%3A00%3A00%3A00; stb_lang=en; timezone=Here%2FPlace

Some it is something not working, the mac addres shows in the settings, but its not sending it same for timezone and language.

reason it gives blocked. All this info comes from the cookie that the client sends

Ignore that above, i reinstalled completly reinstalled the app, And now it works fine, i guess it kind of got corrupted not sure.

Weird part is i resetted the whole box before that as well did not solve it.

Anyway is there a option to not send serial number ? i have a kodi addon and it does not send portal.php?type=stb&action=get_profile and it simply does not send a serial at all. and it works fine for any mac i activate. Of course not at the same time but still.

Also it seems serial is random generated ? So just reinstalling is not a option it seems i need to write down what serial my box is using ? or is there something to this ?
