Stbemu Pro: Sorted by All instead of by Favorites after fresh start of app

Running Android 7.1 stock ROM on rooted NVIDIA Shield. StbEmu resets the channel sort to 'All' instead of remembering it was set to 'favorites'. Seems to happen after the Shield is rebooted or if StbEmu hasn't been launched in a while and it has been purged from the background cache.

Is there a way to get it to remember the sort setting?
