Customer has Audio & Video Sync issue

I have a customer who is using STBEMU Pro on express iptv and here issue is sync issue making it so bad she can not watch. She has other family with same Android boxes and all using stbemu pro on sam server no issues. is there any place i should be looking to change a setting to fix issue?
