Cant play channels

Hi, I have problem when STB emulator starts everything is fine stb i working i can play radio I can shuffle tv channels but channels wont start as long as i wait.Can you help me?

    Looks like you have multicast channels and you didn't enable multicast support on your router or you haven't chosen VLC as player (or both reasons).
