Event Banner Rotation

Banners that do not conform to VATUSA banner standards of 943x240 are being pulled and displayed on the website causing a non-uniform look to the website when they are displayed.

These banners should not be displayed as they are in violation of the events policy or automatically resized as proposed.

I want them all displayed, the design is designed to allow ALL banners to be displayed rather than just an arbitrarily assigned size. The site fixes their size to ensure their height remains consistent.
