Can we have an option to add additional e-mail addresses for whom the user added to facility e-mails go to?

They go to your VATUSA email scheme address. You can control where they go from there.

I would like to add additional people to receive the e-mail, not just the ATM and DATM.

The privacy policy of the division now matches the network's in that information like email addresses are only presented to those who need to know. For the division that is: senior staff, division staff, webmasters. Everyone else must use the website as a proxy. That said, no, your request will not be considered as it will end up with the division sending private information to parties that would otherwise not have access.

My suggestion: use the API or development an email pipe to scan for that template and send the necessary information whomever you deem necessary.
