Changing Division Staff does not update their member record

Upon changing VATUSA2, I see that http://www.vatusa.net/info/members is updated appropriately, but the individual members' records do not show evidence of the appointment, removal, nor their facility change (incoming s/b ZHQ and outgoing s/b ZAE).
