Staff Removal Recording

When a staff member is added to their position, it is recorded as staffMember set as ZXX Position by appointingStaff in facility management. When the Staff Member is removed, it just records as User removed from ZXX Position. Would like to see the staff member that processed the removal be logged as well in removal entries.
