Proposed new rule: Maximum Function Length

Hello Guys,

First of all: congratulations for the great work!!

I'd like to propose a new rule that I believe would be really useful: maximum function length. It would be very similar to rule "L006 - Source file should not be too long", in the sense that you could configure a variable and vera++ would look for functions bigger than that and warn you.

Also, if someone have implemented this rule already: can you share it with us?

Alternatively if someone could give me some ideas/hints how to implement this I could definitely try!

So, what do you guys think? Is this feasible?
