MSI installer for Windows

Could we get an MSI installer for Windows, so that vera++ can be installed via command line in an automated fashion? This would be helpful for scripting build bots that want to install vera++ and apply it to different software projects.

The build system describes NSIS executable installers being produced, and NSIS documentation notes a convention that /s and/or /sd should be sufficient to install NSIS packages in an automated fashion. However, when I run the vera++ Windows executable installer, it does not appear to respond to any flags in /s, /sd, /i, /?, /h, or /help.
