How to enable -s, -e flags from configuration file?

Could there be a way to customize more linting settings from vera profiles, such as enabling the -s and -e flags?

Hi. there is no way to add the vera++ command line options in the profiles. Profiles are used to gather a set of rules. It’s their only purpose.
