don't (full) close on some issue

If I create issue from jira (button create issue) plugin seams to work fine , but if issue is created thru mail the issue is not "fully closed"*. Fully closed: The merged issue on search appear open , but if get into issue this appear close .

It sounds as a typical re-indexing problem. I suppose it has no relation with the way of creation but with the workflow running and specifically the post functions of the transition of merge. Is there any other post function associated to the transition of the merge in the workflow where you create the issue through e-mail?
