Merge should delete issue and keep a redirect to the merged one

When you move an issue from one project to another Jira will keep a redirect from the old issue to the new one, some should happen with merge, otherwise is just a fancy implementation for Close as Duplicate.

    Actually there is a serious difference between move and merge. In case of move all the information is moved and not lost. On the other hand in case of merge there are pieces of information that cold not be merged e.g. reporter, creation time etc. so redirection would cause information lost. Yes it is a fancy implementation for Close as Duplicate AND merge the content AND provide the link for redirection with one click :-)
