Display last update time

It would be nice if the project page would display the last time a file was scanned. Especially usefull if the dependency file was uploaded via the API.

Sorry, I have to reopen this, because I think there might be an error: In at least two of my projects the "last updated" time stamp is significantly newer then my last upload. Is the "last updated" time stamp the time stamp of the last upload or of the last check? I personally think both is important!

I close this again, because I don't think that this is a bug. The "last updated at" really shows then the project was updated the last time. An update can be triggered through the API or through the Web UI. But there are background jobs running as well which update your project at least once a day.

If you still think that's a bug, please send me the project IDs, so that I can dig deeper ;)
