Notification Interval / only notify about new "outdated" dependencies

Hi,

thanx for the cool service! I have one improvement/feature request though:

To receive fewer emails and increase probability that the email is actually read it would be great to have a project - checked daily and - be notified whenever a new version issue arises - but only be notified weekly/monthly (according to the chosen setting) about the unchanged/pending version issues => as reminder.
