Recommend plugins info box is displayed permanently

Since a while an yellow box is shown to inform about useful plugins as shown in the screenshot.

I am using one of the plugins (stempler/gradle-versioneye-plugin) in my projects. Therefore, the box is superfluous for me. I closed it multi times using the x in the top right corner. But as soon as I revisit the project page the box is shown again.

Please do not show the box if one of the plugins is already in use.

Another feature would be to let them user mute the notification for all projects although none of the plugins is used.
